Philip is a Partner in the Corporate Finance team at PEM.
Philip has been advising business owners for more than 15 years on matters relating to strategy, selling their businesses, M&A, and management buyouts. He also has significant experience of advising on the value of businesses.
He is particularly well suited to advising businesses in the recruitment, specialist manufacturing, construction and IT software industries.
Philip holds the ICAEW corporate finance qualification, and before joining PEM Corporate Finance in 2016, worked at BDO and RSM.
